Jim Willis

In his photography, Jim endeavors to achieve a balance that creates lasting impressions upon which to reflect. Many of his images convey a sense of tranquility and have been used in stressful environments such as medical, dental, and legal offices.
Jim started selling his images when his boss in Portland noticed them and shared some with his father-in-law, a professional photographer. The father-in-law sent Jim a message: “I have made appointments for you with some corporate art buyers — be there with a slide projector. Good luck!” Jim began selling large images in the corporate decor market.
Until his recent retirement, Jim enjoyed photography as a side business. Now he splits his time between two passions: photography and grandchildren.
