General Info…
A) An individual entry consists of one or more email(s) with image file(s) attached.
B) There is a total entry limit four (4) images per submitter per month. They are further limited to two (2) “traditional” and two (2) “creative” class entries per submitter, per quarter. Note BMPC allows any number per class as long as the total is 4 images.
C) Entries are made via email to: jimdotwillis@msn.com
D) Submission deadlines are 48 hours prior to competition night.
Image file requirements:
1) The images must be in jpg (jpeg) format, and while not required… it is recommended that submissions be in the sRGB color space
2) The maximum horizontal dimension is 1024 pixels and the maximum vertical dimension is 768 pixels. (1024×768)
3) Image file size may not be larger than 350 Kb.
4) All image files must be clearly identified with the following file naming format:
Traditional class file names:
FirstnameLastname_ClubInitials_Title_T.jpg
(example: JohnDoe_BMPC_PrettyFlower_T.jpg)
Creative class file names:
FirstnameLastname_ClubInitials_Title_C.jpg
(example: JohnDoe_BMPC_PrettyFlower_C.jpg)
